Was in and out for my new patient appointment in about 30 minutes. Office staff and doctor were very professional, Most proficient office I have ever been too. The lady who helped me pick out my glasses was super helpful in finding a style that fit my face. Highly recommend this office!
Top notch customer service all the way!! They fit me in right away because my insurance was ending. The doctor was very patient with all my questions. And then she even walked me to the opticians to get me fitted for new glasses. Check out was super simple and they even called me on my way home to let me know they had to order the lenses so it would be just a little longer wait. I have been going there for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.
They took the time to answer all of my questions and were very patient with me as I am very squeamish about people touching my eyes and objects all around my eyes. Thank you so much for all of your awesome service.

Got in on time and was called within about 3 minutes, if that. Dr Tom doesn’t cut corners but tells you what issue you might have, its implications and treatment options. This is the first time I’ve been to an optometrist who told me all is good and I did not need more glasses. I have trusted Dr Tom since we moved here 8 years ago, and this visit just reaffirmed that trust. Dr Tom is great!
This was my first time at First Eye Care, and it was a great experience from the receptionist to billing! Dr Latimer was very thorough and patient with me and the technician was also very knowledgeable and patient and helped with all my insurance questions. I will recommend them highly!
They render compassionate care and seem to strive to make the patient feel as though his/her needs are the only ones to take care of for the day. I never feel rushed along so that they can get to the next patient. Their kindness and expertise always make it easy for me to reccomend their service to anyone looking for eye care.
The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. My eye exam was thorough and informative. "Dr Tom" (Tom Annunziato) was personable and professional. After my exam I chose my new frames as my old ones has broke.. and they are even repairing my old glasses so I'll have a back-up pair.I highly recommend!
